Hannahandlili.com ships products Canada Post regular parcel shipping for all orders placed. Orders over $75 (before tax) are subject to free shipping!
Quick Turnaround & Processing Times For Shipping
Hannahandlili.com works to have the lowest turnaround time from the moment the order is placed to the moment it is shipped to the buyer. Most products available on the site are expected to arrive within 3 weeks of purchase.
Back Order Items
Some of our products offered are “back order” products, meaning after an order is made on our site, we place the order directly with the manufacturer to ensure the quickest delivery time even on products not currently held within store. Back order products are estimated to arrive within 3-4 weeks of purchase.
Shipping Locations
Hannahandlili.com currently provides shipping options to locations in Canada and the United States via Canada Post. Any shipment sent to the United States may be subject to US duties and taxes. These charges are not included in the final checkout cost with hannahandlili.com and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
Instore Returns / Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the item you have ordered, we will accept returns up to 15 days days of the purchase date for a full product refund, and up to 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or online store credit. All return items must be unused, returned with original packaging and price tags and the original purchase receipt. We do not offer returns on final sale items.
Once the original item is returned within the outlined time frame, your credit card will be refunded for the original purchase price (excluding any shipping fees paid). For exchanges or online store credit, you will be contacted to finalize the exchange or provided the online store credit information.
Product Sizing
Please consult our product sizing charts located on our site before making a purchase. Product sizing recommendations provided by the manufacturer are to be used as a guide as the actual fit may vary. If you have questions about product sizing, please contact us prior to submitting your order.
